This document provides you with rules and obligations under which you may use our website https://www.luckystar2.io (referred to as website). We ask you to read these terms of use carefully before starting to use the website. By using the website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the website or any of its services.
It is solely your responsibility to check if you are a resident of any jurisdiction that has laws preventing online gaming. If you are, you are not allowed to play or use www.luckystar2.io or any related site.

2. Definitions of terms used in this document
"Account" means an account held by you with us ( with its website www.luckystar.io) for the purposes of carrying out betting and gaming transactions via the website.
"Account Balance" means the amount of real money in your account at any time, excluding pending bets and any amounts forfeited by us or due to us for any reason.
"Games" mean any and all of the games, gambling and betting services offered from time to time on the website, including but not limited to the casino, poker, bingo and lotto, sports betting and live betting and any one-off tournaments and events.
"Shared Game Platform" means a server, platform and software system that enables you to play games, tables and tournaments with players registered with other companies through websites which give access to the same server, platform and software system.

3. Eligibility
3.1 You may only participate in the games if you are over 18 years of age and over the minimum legal age in the territory where you are based when you use the website. If for any reason, an underage player manages to open an account and deposit funds, any funds deposited or money won by any such persons shall be forfeited to the Authority.
3.2 If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of or one of its group companies, suppliers or vendors, you are not permitted to register with us or to participate directly or indirectly in any of the games. If you are a relative of the above mentioned, we reserve the right to close your account or block you from participating in the games. For these purposes, the term 'relative' means a spouse, partner, parent, grandparent,uncle/aunt, child or sibling.
3.3.You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.

4.1 We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the website.

5.1 www.luckystar2.io is operated by Versus Odds B.V. bearing company registration number 147011, a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, having its registered address at Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao, holder of the License No. 8048/JAZ2021-033, issued by Antillephone N.V. Payments are processed by Deloraze Limited, with its registered address at Themistoklis Dervis Street 41, Hawaii Tower, 1st Floor, 1066 Nicosia, Cyprus, registration number 410283, as per agreement between the two companies.

6. Account
6.1 Registration and opening an account
In order to participate in any of the games for real money, you must first open an account with us.
a) A request to open an account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to us online. We reserve the right to refuse to open an account.
b) You must enter all the requested mandatory information into your registration form, including your name, place of residence, date of birth, e-mail address and relevant payment information, all of which must be true, complete and current. The name on your registration form must match the name on your debit/credit card if using. You may only register your own details. You participate in the games strictly in your personal non-professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only. You participate in the games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is true, complete and current and you must update your account immediately in the event of any changes in the accuracy of the information provided.
c) We or third parties instructed by us may carry out verification procedures to verify your identity, either when you open an account or at a later date. Your Account may be voided, blocked or closed if you are found to have submitted false or misleading information.
d) As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password in order to log on to the website and use your account. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your username and password are kept securely and not disclosed to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly, of your username and/or password to a third party. You will not be refunded for any losses which result from such disclosure.
We are not required to maintain user names or passwords although if you have lost your username or password, please contact us for a replacement. If you misplace, forget, or lose your username or password because of anything other than our error, we will not be responsible.
You are allowed to have only one account. If you attempt to open more than one account, all your accounts may be blocked or closed. You are not allowed to sell, transfer or acquire an account with us from any other user. We reserve the right to close any accounts that are traced to the same address, IP address or computer or are suspected of having been transferred between users and freeze any winnings on those accounts. If we have deposited any bonuses, winnings or other funds into a duplicate account, we reserve the right to remove such funds.
7. Closing your Account
7.1 You are entitled to close your account at any time by sending an email to or doing so in My Profile. We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time. You are responsible for all activity on your account until such closure has been acknowledged and affected by us.
7.2 We will honour all contractual obligations made to you before closure of your account. You are responsible for withdrawing your account balance when you close your account.
7.3 We reserve the right to close your account at any time in accordance with these terms and conditions.
8. Inactive Accounts
8.1 If no transaction is recorded on your account for 6 months, the account will be considered inactive, and we will remit the account balance to you. If you cannot satisfactorily be located we are obliged by the rules of the Curacao legislations to remit your account balance to the Curacao legislations.
8.2 We reserve the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 6 months from the date when they were awarded.
8.3. If your account is not active for more than 6 months we reserve the right to void any balance on your account.
9. Termination of user account
9.1 We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel your registration, withhold your account monies, suspend your account for a limited period of time or close your account if:
a) You are in breach of any of these terms and conditions or any of the rules, terms or conditions set out in any of the documents referred to in here;
b) We are not satisfied with the results of any security review;
c) You have taken advantage of, or are suspected of taking advantage of, a system error or game error to make financial gains or gain an unfair advantage;
d) You are or have been involved in or have been suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activities (read Fraud Control);
e) You have ‘charged back' or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account;
9.2 We reserve the right to do any of the above in relation to any accounts you may have with other sites and services owned or operated by or on behalf of us and any sites and services that use the same shared game platform.
9.3 We will carry out all contractual obligations of ours made to you before closure of your account. However, we reserve the right to retain your account balance and recover any pay-outs, bonuses and winnings if we believe any money is due to us or any third party. Account balances may be non-refundable.
9.4 All decisions made by www.luckystar2.io are final.
10. Deposits
10.1 In order to play the games for real money (as opposed to ‘fun money'), you will be required to pay money into your account. You may participate in games for real money only if you have sufficient funds in your account for such participation. We do not grant credit for you to participate in any of our games or use any of our services. All monies have to be provided by the user.
10.2 You acknowledge that the funds in your account are consumed instantly when playing and we do not provide return of goods, refunds or retrospective cancellation of your account.
10.3 All information required to deposit funds into your account can be found under the My Account and Deposit pages of the website. You can use any of the methods specified in these pages which are available to you. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in your country.
10.4 We reserve the right to set limits on the amount you may deposit into your account if we decide it is necessary to do so. We may set daily, weekly or monthly limits. You may also request limits to be set on the amount you may deposit into your account if you wish to control your spending.
10.5 Depending on the method selected, deposits may incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see My Account and Deposit for each deposit method. Your bank may charge you independently for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment. If you are uncertain about whether you will be charged, we recommend that you talk to your bank.
We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy.
10.6 We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ("Electronic Service Providers") to process financial transactions.

You irrevocably authorize us to instruct such Electronic Service Providers to handle Account deposits and withdrawals from your Account and you irrevocably agree that we may give such instructions on your behalf in accordance with your requests as submitted using the relevant feature on the website. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of each applicable Electronic Service Provider. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Electronic Service Provider's terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
10.8 When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, your funds only clear when we have received an approval and authorization code from our Electronic Service Provider. If we do not receive such authorization your Account will not be credited with those funds, nor will your card be charged.
All payments into your account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder.
10.9 Transfer of funds between your account and other player accounts is prohibited.
10.10 Credit balances in your account will not bear interest. However, we will protect the funds in your account in accordance with the regulations set down by the Curacao legislations.
10.11 If we mistakenly credit your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical, error in the pay-tables, or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your Member Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
10.12. The deposit amount needs to be wagered at least two times (x2) before it can be withdrawn
11. Withdrawal of winnings
11.1 Before the withdrawal is processed and paid to player’s payment method of choice, the amount of all non-cashable bonuses that contributed to the winnings will be removed from player’s balance. If the player does not leave that amount on balance, it will be deducted from the requested withdrawal amount. Winnings made on games that do not contribute to bonus specific play-through requirements will also be deducted from withdrawal amount.
11.2 Minimum withdrawal amount is 20 USD or equivalent in another currency unless explicitly stated otherwise in Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion. If withdrawal is limited (for example if you win with a Free Signup Bonus), any balance over the maximum allowed amount will be removed from the player’s account after the withdrawal is paid out.
11.3 Payment of funds that you withdraw shall be made using the same method as you deposited the funds, unless we state otherwise on the website or deem it necessary, in our sole discretion, to use a different method.
11.4. We recommend that you keep a copy of all records of transactions into and out of your account.
11.5. In order to withdraw your winnings, your deposit needs to be wagered at least two times (x2)
12. Receiving the winnings
12.1 Note: www.luckystar2.io reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service. Successful withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a refund, or if the refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in www.luckystar2.io in the past.
12.2 In special cases, usually, to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case, all processing fees are player’s responsibility.
12.3 Due to restrictions of the payment processor, the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is 500 USD. For transactions within EU, the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is 500USD.
12.4 Maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 21000 USD per week and 100 000 USD per month if not stated otherwise.
12.5 www.luckystar2.io’s finance department may take up to 12hrs in order to process the withdrawal after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.
12.6 NOTE: EU bank holidays and weekends may prolong processing time.
12.7 If a player accidentally makes a deposit and would like to “undo” it, this is possible only upon player’s explicit request and under the condition that there was absolutely no gaming activity on the player’s account after the deposit was made. Additionally, if a player is requesting refunding of a deposit to a credit card, payment processor requires this to be done within 12 (twelve) hours after the first deposit was made.
12.8 In the event that www.luckystar2.io deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of any bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion offered on the site or by support operators, www.luckystar2.io shall have the right to block or terminate your account and in such circumstances, www.luckystar2.io shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your account.
13. Game Payouts
13.1 When we confirm the outcome or result of any game in which you have been participating, all winnings made by you will be transferred to your account as soon as reasonably possible. All national and local taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole liability. Account balances cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for any other prize.
13.2 If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, the amount wrongly credited will remain our property and will be transferred out of your Account. If prior to us becoming aware of the error you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, the mistakenly credited amount will constitute a debt owed by you to us. If you become aware of an incorrect credit into your account you are obliged to notify us immediately at [email protected].
13.3 If deposits or transfers effected are not used for the sole purpose of gaming or wagering and in www.luckystar2.io’s discretion there is suspicion of abuse (for instance where an appropriate level of gameplay has not occurred) the customer shall be deemed to be abusing exchange rate fluctuations and www.luckystar2.io reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the respective deposit/s or transfers in part or in full and to retract any costs that may have resulted in conjunction herewith. www.luckystar2.io also reserves the right to close that account indefinitely.
14. Shared Game Platforms (multiplayer poker)
14.1 We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to run and utilize a shared game platform. In the event that we run or utilize a shared game platform, you agree that you may be pooled into common games or tables, at our sole discretion.
14.2 You are not allowed to play any games on a shared game platform against yourself using accounts set up through different websites. If it comes to our attention that you are doing so we may remove you from the game, confiscate any winnings you have made and close your account
14.3 If you are in breach of the terms and conditions of any website or company that operates on the shared game platform, we reserve the right to block you, in part or in full, from the entire system so that you may not play through any website or company using the shared game platform.
15. Games and Bonuses
15.1 We reserve the right to change, add, suspend and/or remove games from the website at our discretion without notice and with immediate effect and will not incur any liability for any such action.
15.2 The rules for playing or participating in each of the games are set out in the LuckyStar Casino game rules. Further rules or instructions may appear on those pages of the website which relate to a particular game from time to time. All the rules for all of the games form an integral part of these terms and conditions and by accepting these terms and conditions you agree to be bound by them and to play the games in accordance with them. We reserve the right to amend any rules for any of the games from time to time at our discretion.
15.3 Details of any loyalty or bonus programs we may have in place from time to time are also set out in the LuckyStar Casino game rules. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of these programs at any time at our discretion.
15.4 Some of the games are operated by third-party companies and we are licensed by these third-party companies to provide their games to you. The third-party companies are obliged to hold the necessary permits and licenses to provide gaming services. We are authorized to receive, hold and pay funds to you for the purpose of transactions and settlements in these third-party games, but as they are not licensed, managed or controlled by us we make no warranties for them and exclude all other liability in relation to them.
15.5 By playing or participating in any of the games, you acknowledge that you do not find the games or our website to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent in any way.
15.6 The promotions on luckystar.io are strictly limited to one per player and one per household even if there is more than one computer retained at the address. The identity of a user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other form of identification which may be required.
16. General Bonus Terms and Conditions
16.1 You acknowledge and understand that separate terms and conditions exist with respect to promotions, bonuses and special offers, and are in addition to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are set forth in the respective content page on this website (www.luckystar2.io), or have been delivered to you personally, as the case may be. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of such promotions, bonuses and special offers, and the provisions of these terms and conditions, the provisions of such promotions, bonuses and special offers will prevail.
16.2 Only one bonus offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. LuckyStar Casino reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.
16.3 LuckyStar Casino reserves the right to cancel any bonus or bonus program (including, but not limited to free money bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses and loyalty program) with immediate effect if we believe the bonus has been set up incorrectly or is being abused, and if said bonus has been paid out, then we reserve the right to decline any withdrawal request and to deduct such amount from your account. Whether or not a bonus is deemed to be set up incorrectly or abused shall be determined solely at the discretion of LuckyStar Casino.
16.4 Players have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In the case of automatically credited bonuses, players need to contact customer support after completing their deposit to have their bonus removed. For both automatic and manual bonuses, players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering commenced.
16.5 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 20 USD or equivalent in another currency.
16.6 If you are eligible for a bonus, for example, a login bonus or a deposit bonus of 100% up to a certain amount, wagering requirements will apply before you are eligible to make any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings. The wagering requirements, which can vary, will be displayed when receiving the bonus. www.luckystar2.io reserves the right to impose, at our own discretion, geographical limitations to individual bonus schemes. Local wagering requirements may be applied. Bonuses/free spins at www.luckystar2.io can only be received once per household/IP.
16.7 Unless otherwise stated, all deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (x30) deposited amount + bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn.
16.8 If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance may be forfeited.
16.9 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance. Balance is shown in as REAL MONEY + BONUS MONEY.
16.10 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
16.11 Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance.
16.12 If a player places risk-free bet or nearly risk-free bet (i.e. placing bets on both red and black or covering more than 2/3 of numbers while playing a roulette) for the sole purpose of completing the wagering requirements it will considered as fraud and www.luckystar2.io reserves the right to confiscate player entire balance and terminate player’s Account.
16.13 The players can request a withdrawal of his own deposited amount prior to fulfilling the wagering requirements however the bonus and any potential winnings will be forfeited.
16.14 Unless otherwise stated, players are only allowed to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing with an active deposit / reload bonus. Any additional winning credits will then be forfeited.
16.15 If not otherwise stated, maximum bet when playing with a Bonus is 7.5 AUD / 40 BRL / 7.5 CAD / 7.5 EUR / 7.5 USD.
16.16 Bonuses offered by LuckyStar Casino are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse, LuckyStar Casino reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit, or in cases of serious and intentional abuses confiscate them. LuckyStar Casino can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in LuckyStar Casino’s promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by LuckyStar Casino’s management.
16.17 Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfillment. For an example, if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet 10 USD, 10 USD will contribute towards wagering fulfillment.
16.18 Unless otherwise stated, only Slot Games contribute towards fulfillment of the wagering requirement. 100% all of them.

16.20 If LuckyStar Casino Finance and Fraud Department, while checking player’s gameplay, deposit/withdrawal patterns, bonus usage or while conducting full behavioural analysis, conclude that the player is exploiting, including, but not limited to; game odds, volatility, errors to gain unfair advantage over the bonus system or the Casino is hereby strictly forbidden.
16.21 Live casino, Table Games and Virtual Games are excluded from all bonus promotions. If a player plays these games whilst wagering a bonus, LuckyStar Casino reserves the right to void/revoke the bonus balance including any winnings derived from playing under the bonus restrictions.
16.22 Buying in-game features (ie. free spins, reel respins or similar) while playing with an Active bonus is hereby strictly forbidden.
16.23 Players from Ukraine and Azerbaijan are NOT ELIGIBLE for ANY of the Welcome Promotion's bonuses.
16.24 Accumulating winnings from multiple sets of free spins obtained through deposit bonuses or no-deposit bonuses, with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage or abusing the offered bonus promotions, is strictly prohibited. In order to be eligible to obtain a new set of free spins, the player's balance must be under 1 USD or equivalent amount in other currencies, and all unused free spins must be finalized.
16.25 In case of violation of any of the Bonus Terms & Conditions, LuckyStar Casino reserves the right to void all winnings.
17. Cashback Bonus
17.1 Unless otherwise stated, cashback bonuses have a wagering requirement of times two (x2).
17.2 In order for a player to be eligible to receive cashback bonuses, his account balance must be under 1USD or equivalent in other currency and it should not have any pending withdrawals.
17.3 Cashback bonus amounts can be credited as a goodwill gesture, or regularly/occasionally to selected players for loyalty compensation and/or as part of the LuckyStar Casino VIP program which is purely by invitation and amounts are decided on a case by case basis according to the player activity frequency and amount of losses incurred. A Cashback bonus is a bonus which is not triggered or linked to a specific deposit and is given manually. A cashback bonus is mostly given as a percentage of losses incurred, back into the player’s account.
17.4 Management reserves the right to change or cancel its cashback program at any given time, for any reason deemed necessary by the management and without pre-advice.
